Not sure where to start when finding a birth doula?

Let’s begin with a conversation

However you come to this, you are welcome here. Maybe you don’t know what to look for in a birth doula. Maybe you are preparing for birth, maybe you are thinking about the weeks after, or maybe you just know you want someone in your corner and are not quite sure what that looks like yet. This conversation is the place to ask your questions, say the things on your mind, and hear what support could look like for you.

We will talk through your hopes, your worries, and the birth you are dreaming of, and we will feel out together whether working with me is the right fit for your family. Your partner is warmly welcome to join us. This is your team, and they belong in the conversation.

There is nothing to decide here and nothing to sign. This is simply a chance to be heard, and to see whether I might be the Denver birth doula you have been looking for.

Select a time on the calendar that works for you and a birth doula will reach out with next steps.

A birth doula provides steady, continuous emotional and physical support before, during, and after birth. I am not a medical provider and I do not replace your midwife or OB. I am the calm, experienced presence beside you, helping you feel informed, supported, and held through every part of the journey.

Absolutely. Birth doula support is valuable in every setting. In a busy hospital, having one constant person who knows you and stays by your side, no matter who else comes and goes, can make an enormous difference in how supported you feel.

Then I hold you exactly the same. Every birth path deserves honor, not judgment. Whether you birth in the water at home or in an operating room, you are no less powerful, and my support does not waver. Plans change, and you will never be alone in it.

I am currently pursuing my birth doula certification through DONA International, and I bring several years of experience attending births as a birth photographer, in homes and hospitals in Denver, across a range of outcomes. I will always be honest with you about exactly where I am in my journey.

Yes, completely and without judgment. My role is to support your informed choices, whatever they are. Your body, your birth, your authority.

Beautifully. I never replace your partner. I help them become your anchor, teaching them how to support you so you are surrounded by steady hands from every side.

Whenever it feels right, though many families reach out in the second or early third trimester. That said, it is never too early or too late to have a conversation with a birth doula. Reach out and we will figure out the timing together.

I serve families throughout the Denver metro area and Colorado’s Front Range, including Golden, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Arvada, and Castle Rock. If you are nearby and not listed, just ask.
